Trips & Expeditions Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Deposits:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we hope you never find yourself in the position to cancel your trip.

By confirming any Koox Diving & Adventures trip, you are bound by this cancellation policy.

Please read carefully, as no exceptions will be made. We emphasize a zero-tolerance approach to abusive communication regarding this policy.

Deposits:

All deposits are non-refundable. Travel insurance with cancellation coverage is mandatory to safeguard against unforeseen cancellations.
If you change your mind within 48 hours of booking, your deposit can be refunded, minus any applicable bank fees.

2. Part/Full Payments:

Cancellation 60 Days Before Trip: No refund will be issued.
Cancellation 61 Days or More: We’ll make every effort to re-sell your spot.

If successfully re-sold, your balance (excluding the deposit) can be transferred to Koox Diving credit (valid for 2 years) for use on another trip or refunded. If the spot is not re-sold, no credit or refund is available.

Bookings Within 60 Days: Full non-refundable payment is required, as there is no flexibility in this policy due to changes in operators’ policies related to and after the COVID-19 pandemic.

3. Koox Diving & Adventures Credit:

Credits are valid for 2 years from the confirmation date. Unclaimed credits after 2 years will be removed. Credits transferred into a deposit become non-refundable.

4. Travel Insurance:

Travel insurance with cancellation coverage is mandatory for all Koox Diving & Adventures trips. Dive Assure’s Travel & Dive Insurance plans are recommended.

5. Fuel Surcharge – 2023:

Acknowledge the potential for fuel price increases in 2022/2023. We aim to notify you promptly of any price adjustments.
Please note that fuel price increases are beyond our control and are not subject to refunds or credits.
