How long does scuba certification take?<\/b><\/p>\n

This depends on who you take your course with. If you learn to dive with the British Sub-Aqua Club (BSAC) your training may be organised in a range of options. You can complete all the theory sessions over the weekend, or do one a week for seven weeks.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll need five sheltered water lessons in a pool and four open water lessons in the sea. The timing is up to you \u2013you need to be comfortable and confident.<\/p>\n

The Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) is based on your performance meaning that you\u2019ll be offered a variety of schedules, and they\u2019ll be arranged according to your ability and progress.<\/p>\n
