We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.<\/p>\n<p>For our online booking, we use products provided by Checkfront Inc.\u00a0The Checkfront application is hosted in a URL unique to your business in a segregated database dedicated to your account. Web services are protected with an industry standard 256 Bit SSL encrypted certificate.<br \/>\nThe systems are PCI DSS compliant and US\/EU Safe Harbor certified, and our PCI-DSS compliance is validated by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.checkfront.com\/security#trustwave\">Trustwave<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Their backups are run multiple times a day, and we have customer data stored in a globally distributed cloud storage infrastructure, so they can&#8217;t really specify precisely where the data is stored. You can read more about these features and other security measures on our security page here at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.checkfront.com\/security\">https:\/\/www.checkfront.com\/security<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>All payments made through our websites and our apps are processed by our selected third party payment processing services, such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/en\/webapps\/mpp\/ua\/privacy-full\">PayPal<\/a>. Such payments are encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer technology. We do not store any of your credit or debit card details in connection with your payment.<\/p>\n<p>We may process and store information that we have collected anywhere that we or our partners operate, in countries outside of your country of residence. We keep cross-border transfer of personal information to a minimum.
