🍶Bring Your Own Reusable Water Bottle - 💧Water provided only for refills: In an attempt to protect nature & reduce our tours environmental impact, we will no longer provide sodas or bottled drinks on our tours. We kindly ask you to bring your own reusable water bottle that you can fill for free in our dive shop. You can also buy a refillable bottle from our shop and fill it with water before the tour.

👕🧢Wear UV protective clothing & use no sunscreen & repellents: We strongly advice you to wear UV protective clothing instead of putting on any sunscreen, even eco & reef-friendly ones. Same goes for repellents. It is mandatory to take a shower at the cenotes, before entering even for a swim - to remove all cosmetics residues from the skin. Please have this in mind and help us protect & preserve nature, cenotes, and especially the fragile marine coral life. Thanks.

👟For your own safety & comfort - please wear closed comfortable shoes when going to a cenote or when on a ground tour, as you'd need good support in the jungle while walking on rocks, stones etc. Anyway, for ocean dives, you can still come with flip-flops or sandals.

⛔For safety reasons, if any client is under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs during the time of the tour, we reserve the right to refuse participation in the tour and a refund will not be possible.
